Welcome to ANKA Airlines’ rank structure, a clear pathway for your virtual aviation journey. This system is designed to guide you from the earliest stages as a Trainee to the prestigious title of Senior Chief Captain. Each rank is symbolized by a unique epaulette, reflecting your progression and dedication.

As you accumulate flying hours and gain experience points (XP), you'll unlock higher ranks, signified by additional stripes and stars on your epaulettes. For example, starting from a simple stripe as a Trainee, you’ll move up to multiple stripes and stars as you progress through ranks like Second Officer, First Officer, Captain, and beyond.

The requirements to advance include a combination of minimum flight hours and XP, encouraging continuous learning and skill development. The ultimate goal, the rank of Senior Chief Captain, requires a remarkable 2,500 hours of flight time and 250,000 XP, representing the pinnacle of achievement in our virtual airline.

This rank structure not only recognizes your commitment and skills but also enhances your immersion in the world of virtual aviation. So, keep flying, keep learning, and reach for the skies with ANKA Airlines.
